How to order

  1. You must create your own account upon visiting the website. You will then be able to view the products on the website.
  2. Select the product that you wish to purchase.
  3. Product page will show the price of the smartphone and you may select the Purchase With Purchase (PWP) product for any add on accessories and click ADD TO CART.
  4. Summary of order will pop out automatically and please proceed to click VIEW CART.
  5. Please fill in the unique voucher code provided by GrabFinance to cancel out the price which will later on be deducted from your Grab Driver’s wallet on a daily basis.
  6. Please ensure that the delivery method stated is “By Courier“ and click “CHECKOUT”.
  7. Please read and agree with the TERMS & CONDITIONS which is the agreement for this exclusive promotion for Grab Driver-Partners.
  8. Fill in the correct details such as name, phone number and delivery address for delivery purposes.
  9. Once verifying information filled in is correct, there will be a pop up to display your purchase details with the smartphone price, daily deduction amount from Grab Driver’s wallet, shipping fee and the total payable amount information.
  10. Click “PROCEED TO EGHL” to make payment for any additional top up amount and/or the delivery fee of RM20. The postage fee WILL BE INCLUDED in the voucher value if there is enough balance from the total smartphone price otherwise it will be charged separately to your Debit Card/Credit Crd/Online Banking/e-Wallet.
  11. You will receive an email of order confirmation after payment of any additional top up amount and/or delivery fee is made and followed by verification by GrabFinance.

Order Flow

  1. Driver-Partner to select the preferred model of smartphones and make purchase
  2. GFin Services (M) Sdn Bhd will verify the Driver-Partner’s information and confirm the order
  3. The distribution of smartphones will start 7 working days after order is approved by GFin Services (M) Sdn Bhd
  4. Smartphones will be shipped through the selected courier service
  5. The voucher amount will be auto-deducted via Grab Driver’s wallet daily until full amount is cleared

Cara menbuat pesanan

  1. Anda dikehendaki mendaftar akaun di laman web terlebih dahulu. Senarai produk boleh dilihat setelah anda log masuk ke akaun anda di laman web.
  2. Pilih dan klik produk yang ingin anda beli.
  3. Halaman produk akan menunjukkan harga telefon pintar dan anda boleh memilih produk Pembelian Dengan Pembelian (PWP) untuk sebarang aksesori tambahan dan klik “ADD TO CART”.
  4. Ringkasan pesanan akan muncul secara automatik dan anda boleh klik “VIEW CART”.
  5. Sila isi kod baucar unik yang diberikan oleh GrabFinance untuk penolakan harga yang kemudiannya akan ditolak melalui dompet Pemandu Grab secara harian.
  6. Sila pastikan cara penghantaran yang dinyatakan adalah “By Courier” (melalui kurier) dan klik “CHECKOUT”.
  7. Sila baca dan setuju dengan TERMA & SYARAT yang merupakan perjanjian untuk promosi eksklusif ini untuk Rakan Pemandu Grab.
  8. Isi nama, nombor telefon dan alamat penghantaran Rakan Pemandu GRAB.
  9. Maklumat pembelian akan menunjukkan harga telefon pintar, jumlah potongan harian dari dompet Pemandu Grab, caj perkhidmatan penghantaran dan jumlah keseluruhan yang perlu dibayar.
  10. Klik “PROCEED TO EGHL” untuk membuat pembayaran tambahan untuk jumlah harga telefon pintar dan/atau caj perkhidmatan penghantaran sebanyak RM20. Caj penghantaran adalah termasuk dalam nilai baucar sekiranya terdapat baki mencukupi dari jumlah harga telefon pintar, jika tidak caj tersebut akan dikenakan secara berasingan ke Kad Debit / Kad Kredit / Perbankan Dalam Talian / e-Dompet anda.
  11. Anda akan menerima emel pengesahan order setelah pembayaran untuk caj perkhidmatan penghantaran dan bayaran tambahan untuk jumlah harga telefon pintar dibuat dan disahkan oleh GrabFinance.

Aliran Pesanan

  1. Rakan Pemandu memilih model telefon pintar pilihan dan membuat pembelian
  2. GFin Services (M) Sdn Bhd akan mengesahkan maklumat Rakan Pemandu dan mengesahkan pesanannya
  3. Pengedaran telefon pintar akan bermula selepas 7 hari bekerja setelah pesanan diluluskan oleh GFin Services (M) Sdn Bhd
  4. Telefon pintar akan dihantar melalui perkhidmatan kurier yang dipilih
  5. Jumlah baucar akan ditolak secara automatik melalui dompet Pemandu Grab setiap hari sehingga jumlah penuh diselesaikan
