By placing order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.
All product pictures are for illustration purpose only and may differ from actual product. All items and colours are subject to availability. Offer is based on a first come first served and while stocks last basis only. We will verify the payment and process the order accordingly.
Warranty period for local original set is set by the authorized distributor or manufacturer. Please visit brand authorized service centre for any manufacturing defect.
Unique voucher code which issued by One World Marketing Sdn Bhd could be use in the site.
Voucher can be used to purchase the items. You may choose to spend less or more than the voucher amount, however if your purchase is above the voucher amount, you will be required to pay the balance outstanding amount via debit/credit card, online banking or e-wallet payment on the website.
You are advised to fully utilize the voucher amount as the un-use amount will be NOT refundable and NOT exchangeable to cash. For amount deduction, please refer to the Terms & Conditions on the voucher when you purchased it on Grab platform.
The voucher is not valid after the expiry date stated on the Voucher. The Voucher is only valid for purchase on the website https://myviporder.com/grab/ and is not exchangeable for cash.
No cancellation is allowed once the order had been processed or on delivery.
You may return and exchange and item if the item received is incorrect. The return item must be in new condition and returned in its original packaging along with all accessories and free gifts received with it. All packaging must be unused and not defaced in any manner.
No return and exchange item for wrong selection, colour, model, product not meeting expectation or change of mind.
No refund is allowed once the order had been processed and delivered.
The item will be distributed to customer through courier delivery service. Products will be shipped within 7 workings days after the order is verified and approved. The delivery time is within 1 to 15 workings day (subject to courier company policy). Delivery address must within Malaysia. We recommend that you may inspect the items upon receipt. If the item appear damage, please notify and contact us immediately.
